Returning

You can visit within 7 days after receipt of your order to request a return. Please contact us at info@spelenmetchemie.com.

Return conditions:

• Only products that unopened are eligible for return.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Received wrong or damaged product?

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged product? If so, please direct contact us at info@spelenmetchemie.com.

In that case, we offer the following solutions:

• A (partial) refund
• Return the product and receive a new one
• A replacement of the damaged product

Refund

Upon receipt and approval of the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
